I'm Victoria, and I live in Auburn, New York. I grew up outside Rochester, went to school in Alfred, and spent some years in Indianapolis before moving back to Upstate New York in 2018. This time I chose where I landed.
Middle of Somewhere is my blog about everyday life in Central New York and the Finger Lakes.
I write guides to the festivals, farms, and small businesses worth knowing about. I also write essays about what it's like to build a life in a small city that most people drive through. Everything here is written by me, a real person who lives here. Usually my husband and our dogs along for the ride.
